**Yorkway Sandy Motel**
This **Yorkway Motel remastered**, it was made before as a modern motel, but some people didn't like it even though they bought it, so they came up with suggestions about changing it from modern to something that would suit Sandy Shores, so I wrote down all the suggestions and made a new version with some new features, hope you all like it!
**Description:**
・This motel has 4 buildings, each building has 16 & 20 rooms, which in total they are 58 rooms.
・There are 3 room models in the motel.
・Number of the rooms are written beside each room door.
・The motel has 28 parking spots.
・It has a swimming pool with 8 seats, 2 chairs each.
・It has a bar beside the pool, with the right equipment and 7 seats, 2&3 chairs for each table.
・Beside the bar it has a Tennis court covered with a fence with two entrances.
・There is an office, to give a chance for more roleplay, The sign "Yorkway" is editable. **The office faces the road now**
・Light lamps are around the motel and rooms, to make it look way better at night.
・There is BBQ and chairs in front of some rooms.
Room lods will be fixed in the next update.
